Early Career & Freund Plumbing

Codee Jessen early career at Freund Plumbing

Starting at Freund Plumbing and Heating - 2012

In 2012, I joined Freund Plumbing and Heating, one of Colorado's premier multifamily plumbing contractors. While I had previous plumbing experience, this was my first position with a major company where documented hours counted toward my master plumber license.

At Freund, I refined my skills in multifamily plumbing, mastering blueprint reading, large-scale underground systems, DWV configurations, and water supply routing for high-density residential developments.

Assistant Foreman Specializing in Layout

Within just one year, I advanced to Assistant Foreman, specializing in underground layout—one of the most critical phases of multifamily plumbing.

This role required precision in layout, understanding of grade and pitch, coordination with excavation crews, and the ability to translate complex blueprints into accurate field installations.
