As Site Foreman, managed the entire project from start to finish. During the Finish Phase, promoted to Plumbing Superintendent for multiple jobsites and guided a new Site Foreman to TCO. Coordinated every plumbing system across residential, commercial, and common areas.

- Engineered DWV system PRO-VENT (similar to cast iron solvent)

All Underground Layout, All Rough Layout, Material/Takeoff, Project Management and Meetings, Management of all Plumbing Foreman and Personnel onsite. GC Meetings, MEP coordination, Submittal Revisement, Change Orders.
Completed Scope
Underground, Rough, and Final Layout. All Underground and Rough Inspections. Final Plumbing Decision Maker throughout the entire project. Promoted to Plumbing Superintendent.
